Dit Bitcoin shirt has one word on the chest: SATS. Sats is the smallest unit of bitcoin. Anyone who regularly buys a little bitcoin often starts to count in it: 21,000 sats reads more easily than 0.00021 BTC.
The shirt is made of 100% organic cotton and is made by hand in Portugal. A total of 121 were made and there will be no new run. I only have a few, in size M and L.
What does SATS mean on this Bitcoin shirt?
A sat, in full satoshi, is the smallest unit of bitcoin. One bitcoin consists of one hundred million sats. The unit is named after Satoshi Nakamoto, the inventor of Bitcoin, who in 2008 published the Bitcoin whitepaper publiceerde. Omdat één bitcoin veel geld is, kopen de meeste mensen kleine stukjes. Dan is rekenen in sats handiger dan met nullen achter de komma. “Stack sats” is de uitdrukking die bitcoiners gebruiken voor regelmatig een klein bedrag in bitcoin opzij zetten. De pasvorm zit tussen regular en oversized in. Het shirt is iets langer en ruimer dan een gewoon T-shirt. Kies je normale maat; het shirt valt dan al wat losser. Biologisch katoen wordt geteeld zonder kunstmest en chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen. De stof voelt stevig aan. Was het shirt op maximaal 30 °C en hang het liefst te drogen, dan krimpt het niet en blijft de print langer goed.Specifications
